SUPERIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC is looking to fill a full time CALL CENTER AGENT position. We take pride in providing excellent customer service to our clients and need someone with a pleasant and professional tone of voice. You must have multi-tasking skills and be able to talk on the telephone while entering information into the computer.

This job requires:
- Answering telephone calls from clients requesting transportation service
- Receiving, responding to and filing email requests for transportation
- Providing general assistance to dispatchers
- Flexibility to work on holidays and weekend

Required skills / traits:
-Have a great telephone voice
-Speak to customers in a courteous manner
-Arrive to work on time
-Reliable – We need to be able to depend on you to work when scheduled
-Pay attention to details
-Excellent communication skills with supervisors, drivers, and coworkers
-Accurately type while talking on the phone
-Be polite and well mannered
-Accept criticism and feedback
-Be able to multitask

Typical Schedule:
Monday – Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Additional Skills
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation
$13.50 per hour - time and a half over 40 hours
