Great-running SUV has 221,314 miles, (mostly highway). Previous owner was a Subaru Mechanic. Excellent engine and transmission, will take you to where you want to go and back again with no issues. Starts every time. Very reliable, not some broken down car with a bad motor or transmission. Cold AC works, too.
New brakes, new battery, 4 new struts and springs. Check Engine light is on: Code P0442 - (Evaporative Emission Small Leak). Drove it like this for years. Be aware of your Town’s Emission Requirements. Some rust underneath body, but mostly just on original suspension parts. I would drive this car to California and back with no worries at all.
Rare, "LL Bean Edition" with the luxury of the 6-cylinder model. MOMO steering wheel, huge sliding sunroof. Needs tires asap - does not affect the functionality of the car.
Needs an oil temperature sensor asap, - does not affect the functionality of the car, but the slow oil leak burns on the exhaust manifold.
Needs some rear suspension components in the future, - does not affect the functionality of the car.
Needs a timing belt kit, asap. The last one I can confirm - was done at 120,000 miles. Does not affect the functionality of the car, but it is a mandatory maintenance item.
