Components: The speakers feature Polk's 3.25" Dynamic Balance mid-ranges and 0.75" Silk/polymer Dynamic Balance tweeters with an anti-diffraction system for better imaging and excellent off axis performance. This speaker is sold individually and can be used as an add-on speaker for 6.1 and 7.1 Dolby Digital/DTS home theater systems.
Dynamic Balance Drivers: High performance driver technology tunes out distortion and performance-robbing resonance in the mineral filled polymer cones, for clear, distortion-free midrange. A new driver design delivers better power handling and more "big speaker" dynamic impact.
Power Port: The RM2350s feature Power Port bass venting technology for deeper low-end extension and better sub/sat blending. The port is located on the back of the satellite to enhance frequency response.
Anti-Diffraction system: The satellites and center channel speaker feature Polk's raised driver components to minimize grill edge diffraction, delivering spacious imaging and excellent off-axis performance in your home theater.
5-way Binding Post speaker connectors: The gold plated 5-way binding posts will accept bare wire, pin connectors, spade connectors, banana plugs, and dual banana plugs for secure, high performance cable connections.
Magnetic Shielding: The speaker is magnetically shielded to prevent distortion or damage to your TV's picture tube.
Mounting: There is a threaded brass insert on the rear of the satellite speaker, which will accept optional tilt and swivel brackets. The Power Port located on the back of the satellite also serves as a bracket that holds the speaker flat, 5/16" from the wall and provides it with a key hole mounting slot for fixed position wall mounting.
