The Program Manager is responsible for managing the onboarding process for producers acquired through mergers and acquisitions, including coordining carrier appointments and collaboring with M&A Integrion Management Office (IMO) teams. This role ensures a seamless transition by aligning processes with organizional standards, maintaining compliance, and providing support to producers during the onboarding phase. The Sales Program Manager acts as a liaison between internal teams, acquired entities, and carriers to ensure operional efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years reled experience in operions, contracting, or a reled role within the insurance or financial services industry.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position.
