Lionel 6-17214 Railbox Railsounds Boxcar produced in 1993. This was the beginning of 'Sound' for Lionel and one of the first STANDARD 'O' Gauge size boxcar to be issued. The car has a Diesel roar when in motion, a bell & horn(sound) when activated from the buttons on a transformer. #5906 Sound activation button (not included) can be used for those older transformers that don't have a whistle & bell button separately. The car simply works directly off of track power. It was track tested and functions correctly. Excellent Condition with Original Box(has some wear).
