This stainless steel unit is made exclusively to fit the KitchenAid counter top mixer. Mounts securely into the front power drive. Parts include the cylinder, auger, ring, pan, stomper, knife and (3) grinding plates. It includesthree stainless steel stuffing tubes for sausage making. Easy disassembly. The only stainless steel meat grinder unit available. DISHWASHER SAFE for sterile sanitization. Will not fade or discolor when cleaning in the dishwasher.
Grinding plate holes are 3/16" burger, 5/16" chili grind and 1/2" course grind
The sausage stuffer kit. Three tubes (1/2", 3/4" and 1 1/4" diameters). All the stuffing tubes you will need to make fresh homemade sausages. Also includes the 2-hole sausage stuffing disc. You will use this disc in the cylinder when using the grinder as a sausage stuffer.
Fits old and new 3.25 through 8.0 quart stand mixers including the K45SS, Artisan, Classic and Professional series. High quality polished stainless steel metal unit. Also fits the Hobart n50 and c100 commercial mixers.
