Our company provides cleaning services to the common areas only of condominium associations including but not limited to lobbies, hallways, staircases, indoor parking garages, mechanical and service rooms, trash rooms along with keeping the outside grounds free of trash and debris.
We are seeking a full-time experienced (2 yr +) and reliable individual to work with our janitorial supervisor helping to clean and maintain our clients properties. Work hours are Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM and typically end no later than 4:00 PM.
Upon the 3rd month anniversary of employee start date, employee shall begin accruing paid time off including vacation, P.T.O and holiday pay. This position does not offer health insurance benefits.
The ability to learn and communicate via phone apps including our Gmail domain and time recording apps is required.
In addition to a criminal background check, use of your own vehicle and a valid drivers license along with proof of current automobile insurance is required.
