The building maintenance technician will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Basis electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
Groundskeeping
Custodial duties, such as but not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, cleaning common areas, trash removal, cleaning offices, replacing filters in the ventilation systems, and CNC machine chip removal
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
2+ years in facilities maintenance related role
Some knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical & mechanical systems.
Ability to read manuals and technical documents
