Part time position - for approximately 10 units
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
* Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
* The periodic performance of preventative maintenance programs
* Develop specifications for grounds maintenance, snow removal, and cleaning
* Coordinate apartment turnover logistics to ensure completion within three to five days
*Keep manager informed of supplies & equipment needed for cleaning & maintenance duties
*Be on standby in the event of emergency calls for evening, weekday & holiday coverage

REQUIREMENTS:
**Must have at least 2 years experience within residential property management.
**After- hour availability; including nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
**Proven knowledge of building codes, laws and regulations.
**Must be available to handle on-call emergency services on as-needed basis.

**Must have personal, reliable transportation to get to work in order to respond to on-call
emergencies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift.
