Set up will start 10am (can take 4 to 5.5 hours) and tear down will be 10pm (can take 2 to 2.5 hours).
This is a freelance gig, shift will average 6–8 hours total.
Pay is $160 paid end of event night via Zelle.

Experience is not necessary but experience in events or hands-on work is a plus. Most important is that you’re a quick learner, adaptable, and ready to jump in with a positive attitude!

Typical Tasks:
• Loading and unloading decor items, furniture, and boxes
• Setting up and tearing down backdrops (pipe & drape), lighting, centerpieces, florals, linens, and more
• Using ladders, carts, and dollies
• Working on your feet, following instructions, and adapting as needed

To Qualify, You Must:
• Be reliable, punctual, and respectful — no last-minute cancellations
• Be able to lift 50–75 lbs, work on ladders, and follow safety guidelines
• Be a team player who can also work independently
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy being part of a creative team
