Need bathroom subfloor replaced (Round Lake Beach)

The biggest need is in the small bathroom downstairs. The toilet must have been leaking a long time as the subfloor I replaced 10 years ago needs to be replaced again.
Might need to adjust the floor jacks under the joists but I'm not sure. I just know that the subfloor, vinyl flooring, toilet and vanity have to be dealt with.
I plan to reuse the vanity and toilet. The cast iron riser to the toilet will need to be dealt with as well.
You don't have to do all of it as I do have a plumber if I need to use him. What i really need asasp is someone to deal with the floor first.
Attached are the pics from 10 years ago when it was fixed so you can see the size.

I do not live in Illinois anymore so payments will be electronic via CashApp, Zelle, Venmo....
and I will need to have your ID before I can have anyone in the house as I still have my tenant and her family living there.
There are other projects needed but this is the most needed.
