Currently cement wall goes up halfway and has paneling On the top half. Will have to work around ductwork on the ceiling and move electrical outlets. 1 wall is about 23ft long with a large window to frame around and the other wall has a staircase and small window to frame around.
Looking for estimate to:
Demo top paneling, add Rockwool insulation on top half of wall, then add foam board to bottom half then frame a wall in front of that.
