Luxury household with 3/4 of an acreage of land extensive hedges and pool garden is seeking a landscape firm to maintain grounds for the 2026 landscape season that extends into mid November. Interested firms should have the ability to maintain turf on a weekly basis including edging, additionally seasonal fertilization and weed control. Planting beds require weekly weeding, occasional cultivation, fertilization and trimming of hedges up to 3 times a season depending on the breed. Additionally the interested firm should be able to handle landscape enhancements including additional plantings, replacements and mulching. An optional snow removal contract can become part of this agreement.
We are an established 55 year old household and original builders of the house now owned by the 2nd generation. We take pride in the house and work to maintain the house and extensive grounds. More than 18 people set foot on our property weekly to help maintain the property and the people in it...
