Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, high-standard Part-Time maintenance person to oversee the maintenance and preservation of a luxury 3/4-acre property. This role is designed for a technical professional capable of transitioning between meticulous summer landscape care, specialized pool maintenance, and essential winter snow removal. You will join an elite team of contractors and staff dedicated to the upkeep of this family home.
Weekly Turf Care: Mowing, edging, fertilization, and weed control.
Horticulture: Weekly weeding of beds, cultivation, and trimming extensive hedges (up to 3x per season).
Enhancements: Additional plantings, replacements, and seasonal mulching.
2. Specialized Pool Care (Spring–Fall)
Surface Repair: Draining, patching, and repainting top-coat areas of a 40,000-gallon rectangular pool.
Equipment: Installation of new pool pumps and seasonal opening/closure protocols.
Maintenance: Ongoing chemical balancing and cleaning proposals.
3. Winter Operations (November–March)
Snow Removal: Reliable clearing of drives, walkways, and entry points to ensure safety and accessibility throughout the winter season for staff that lives and works in the household.
Winterization: Protecting sensitive plantings and exterior assets from ice and salt damage.
4. Maintenance & Painting (Year-Round)
Structural Upkeep: Managing interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation and professional finishing.
General Projects: Handyman-level repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the home’s longevity.
Assist with seasonal decorating and preparation for events and parties.
Answer to requests as made by the Supervisor of the Household.
Required Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Experience in high-end residential painting, pool mechanics, and commercial-grade snow removal.

Commercial Vehicle Insurance
Reliability: Must be available for scheduled weekly tasks and on-call for snow events.
