Snow plow Driver with Experience (Villa Park)

We are looking to bring on a snow plow driver that knows how to plow and clear commercial sites. We are looking for someone that has at least a few years of experience with a commercial company. We use Western and Boss plows that are mounted to pickup trucks or small dump trucks. If you have bobcat or skid steer experience that's a plus as well. We are located in Villa Park, IL

What we are looking for:
1. Snow plowing experience with a commercial company plowing commercial lots. Someone that knows how to properly clean a parking lot and leave things neat.
2. Someone with a flexible schedule that is available for storms AM or PM

We have snow work all snow events that reach an inch or more. Smaller storms will usually take us 4-8 hours to complete and larger storms can run 8-20 hours depending on the length.

Pay is $40 per hour paid weekly or $36 per hour paid by zelle (24 hours after a storm)
