The Corporate US Benefits Manager – Communications is responsible for leading the development, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide employee benefits communications and educational content for US employees. This role serves as the central owner of the benefits communication ecosystem, ensuring employees receive clear, compliant, accessible, and engaging information throughout their benefits journey. The position combines responsibility for communication governance, content quality, operational consistency, and employee experiences across multiple channels and platforms with hands-on content development and communication execution.
Operating within a large and complex corporate environment, this role partners closely with Benefits leadership, Legal/ERISA counsel, consultants, vendor partners, US employee benefits subject matter experts, and Corporate Communications to support enterprise employee benefits initiatives, Annual Enrollment, acquisitions and divestitures, organizational changes, and ongoing employee education.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise communications expertise, operational discipline, governance mindset, and the ability to manage high-volume, multi-channel communications environments while continuously improving communication processes, tools, and employee experiences.
