We are currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our operations team.
As an Administrative Assistant with Advantage, you will be supporting the day to day company operations, reporting directly to the Office Manager. The ability to multi-task efficiently with a detailed focus is essential for success in this position. The Administrative Assistant has various responsibilities which include:
· Answering the phone, schedule, and dispatch inquires per company guidelines.
· Assist with managing the Plumbers and HVAC technicians schedule for day to day operations, constantly updating, ensuring both departments have a clear line of communication.
· Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable business processes - Experience with QuickBooks
· Support the company in any capacity
