Administrative Assistant (chicago: northwest suburbs)

Our client, a growing investment firm in Northbrook, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Investment team. This role is ideal for someone with at least a year of administrative experience looking to take the next step in their career! This client is on a hybrid schedule, working onsite 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and travel (both domestic and international) and assisting with Expense reports in Concur
  • Scheduling and organizing client/prospect meetings with the team and prepping meeting materials
  • Conference and event support: Registering, paying, organizing and tracking conference attendees and speaking with reps when applicable
  • Inputting all contact details into CRM (DealCloud), pulling reports as needed
  • Assist Admin team as needed with various team projects and needs

About You:

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience within a professional services environment (ideally finance, real estate, legal or consulting)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
