As administrative assistant you will Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the owner and run the day to day office tasks.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
*Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
*Receive and direct visitors and clients.
*General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
*Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
*Retrieve documents from filing system.
*Handle requests for information and data.
*Manage our rebate program online
*Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
*Prepare written responses to common inquires
*Schedule phone meetings
*Assist the owner as needed
*Maintain office supply inventories
*Straighten up the office so presentable at all times
*Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Mac.
*Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
*Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
Must have the following qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
*Self Prioritizing projects
*Must have own vehicle
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Create UPS/FedEx shipping labels and schedule daily pick ups
*Handle web programs
*Customer service orientation
*Teamwork/ability to work alone
