1977 MG Midget Project Car - Lots of Extra Parts Included
If you know MGs, you know they’re a love-hate relationship… and this one has given me plenty of both. I’ve owned this 1977 MG Midget for the past five years, and it’s always been a fun little head-turner.
The car has been off the road for about two years. It was running when parked but had an overheating issue. The engine still turns over, but it has not been started recently and will need a battery. This is being sold as a project car and will need to be towed when picked up.
Included with the car:
* New convertible top (not currently installed)
* Extra trunk lid
* New windshield (current windshield has a crack)
* Numerous extra parts collected over the years
Things to know:
* Body has a fair amount of Bondo
* Not currently running
* No top installed
* Will require restoration and mechanical work
This could be a great project for an MG enthusiast or someone looking for a fun neighborhood cruiser without worrying about putting miles on a valuable collector car. These little cars always attract attention, and with some work, this one can be back on the road enjoying sunny days again.
