I have volume 1 & 2 of the Toyota Camry shop manual that dealer mechanics would have access to. The 1997-1999 Camry are the same so don't let the two years deter you.
You could also use these for 2000-2001 Camrys since the mechanical components did not change.
The price is for both books.
Volume 1 is maintenance, preparation, specifications & diagnostics
Volume 2 is engine, chassis, body & electrical
