I myself have been in transportation industry for over 25 years, having a CDL worked as a over the road driver, reefer driver, intermodal driver, messenger driver to Dispatcher, Supervisor, Operations Manager, Transportation Manager and General Manager. I have not renewed my CDL and with all the changing DOT Regulations am looking to possibly change careers into the medical field, as an administrator, scheduler, planner or possible an entry level medical position.

Recruiter for Flatbed Company recruiting drivers and owner operators. Set up a new phone number that drivers would exclusively call in to me and with the experience as a driver and Management personnel I would screen these drivers send them an application. The application was web based and used Ten Street. I was exclusive to this company for hiring and the project is over why I'm looking for a new position.

Operations Manager

Over-Dimensional open deck carrier with a dozen trailers and company drivers and owner operators. Most runs east of the Mississippi. Duties included, dispatching drivers, speaking to customers, taking care of all aspects of operations in a very small environment, maintenance, dock and yard operations, using Quick Books Dr. Dispatch as the the portal for dispatching and monitoring. Using GPS to watch over for a smooth transition between pickups and deliveries, along with customer real time answers.聽
