I am looking for someone to share my 2 bed condo in Downers Grove, I am looking for someone quiet and clean. Its a lovely condo and is on the top floor of a 2 storey building. We have 2 pools, lovely gardens, and close to I88 and Jewel and Starbucks and Chase Banc.

All utilities are included in the rent, except electric which is about $35 per month, and we split that in half. Its a very safe and lovely location. Plenty of parking.

Everything is supplied, including linens and bed etc. Kitchen is fully equipped and is an eat in kitchen.

One months security deposit, I do a background check and credit check.
