Its approximately $175.00 dollars a month each. A $600.00 dollar security deposit is due before possession. Room is approximately 11ft by 11ft. We all share the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom. We like to keep it clean. The house is on Devon, and there is street parking around the corner about a two house walk each way. There is no smoking in the house. No pets in the house. The house is walking distance to the blue line and the Metra train.
