The furnished basement is in a house house in a peaceful residential area in Hoffman Estates, IL just 5 miles from Schaumburg, IL
Current tenants are professional guys.
Spacious Fully Furnished Basement (with heat and air conditioning) comes with Queen Bed, large executive desk with drawers, rolling office chair, refrigerator, microwave, shelves, wet bar with sink, coffee maker, toaster. Full sized couch. Standing mirror.
It has qualities of a studio apartment except for the shared bathrooms and house entrance. You have the separation of two levels with the other tenants since the regular bedrooms are two floors above the basement level.
Requires agreement with Minimum 3 month commitment (then goes month to month on open ended basis)
