42 year old female looking for ONE roommate to fill second bedroom in beautiful cozy home. The room will be empty (no bed or furniture). Must have steady income and be over the age of 28- NO exceptions. Must be able to communicate well and be ok with a month by month lease. Male or Female. If you prove trustworthy I won't be home a lot of the time (I stay at my elderly father's alot and pet sit in ppl's homes at least once a month). No cigarette smokers! If you smoke pot it has to be outside. 100% platonic! Big animal lover and dog foster (I currently have 2 medium foster dogs), so if you have animals they are welcome, but need to be quiet, not dog aggressive and cleaned up after DAILY (fur/poo/litter box). Closet, kitchen storage, detached garage has some storage and an attic. Big yard, fully fenced in front and back.
