REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a licensed with Property & Casualty, licensed Life or willing to get licensed.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Positive and resilient
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Help clients find personalized insurance such as Auto, Home, Business and Life
insurance
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales and close deals
• Build relationships and provide exceptional service
• Understanding prospects’ needs and identifying sales opportunities and retention
• Generate leads through networking and community outreach
• Collaborate with a team to meet sales goals
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
