Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 base salary + performance bonuses

Unique Computing Solutions is a fast-growing managed services provider (MSP) based in Frankfort, Illinois. We help small and mid-sized businesses manage, secure, and optimize their technology. From IT support and cybersecurity to cloud services and network infrastructure.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, people person for our Business Development Representative role to help us connect with local businesses and set appointments as part of our sales team
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective business clients. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to local businesses by phone, email, and other outreach methods to introduce our services and schedule qualified appointments.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or professionals looking to build a career in technology sales and business development.
We will provide industry and sales training.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Call and email local business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce Unique Computing Solutions and our IT services
• Qualify potential customers based on their needs
• Set appointments as part of our sales team
• Document and track information in our CRM system
• Follow-up with prospects to keep opportunities moving
• Learn about managed IT services, cybersecurity, and business technology
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree min: 2yr associates (or currently finishing one)
• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required (internships count)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with business professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills "people person"
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Interest in technology and business solutions
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License + minimum levels of auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
• This is an 8am to 5pm position (but flexible if part-time requested)
