Strong communication, customer engagement, business deal building, and negotiation skills are essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided. The role may require occasional travel and flexibility in working hours. The position includes a base salary, along with performance-based incentives for those with the drive to achieve sales targets. Candidates will be required to work 2–3 days a week from the office in Schaumburg, IL.
