used surface pro 3 fresh install windows 11 pro come with pen,and charger no key board /dock not needed to use the pen is not the original so it doesn't support pressure points , but works as should draw erase ect , battery good , this is a fresh win11 pro instal originally came with win10 pro , so you can move to win 11 pro for free this isn't a upgrade but full wipe clean install , supports write input or onscreen keyboard , the front camera not working but rear is fine fully updated bios, drivers , windows ect , asking $ 150 or best offer , specs are in the pictures, I only have a local account set up , you will have to add if you want your Microsoft account , if you want to sync your account not needed if you don't want , microsoft has made it hard to do a fresh install with adding your microsoft account but thats were good ol Rufus comes in....
