RUFFHOUSE Board Game by Parker Brothers - Vintage 1980 Family Game.
"There's no such thing as a friendly game of Ruffhouse". All original contents are intact; game board, 4 playing pieces, 2 dice, plastic spinner w/pole, zap cards, double cross cards, numbered cards, and yellow and blue chips. Directions are on insert inside of box. The object of the game is to be the first player to earn 5 points -- if that sounds easy, it's not. You must contend with "Double Cross" and "Zap" cards and "Big Trouble" spaces. In this dog-eat-dog, rough and tumble game every point you earn is well deserved. Box measures 20" across x 10" high, and stands 1-1/2" tall. Copyright 1980 by Parker Brothers. Ages 8 to Adult. For 2 to 4 players. Excellent condition. Game was a gift so the shrink wrapping was removed. However, the game was never played with, just stored all these years in a cool dry place. Outside may show some shelf wear as the box was shuffled around from time to time while on shelf. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
