We are hiring Sales Lead Generors to work inside nional home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. This is a gre opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want to earn hourly pay plus commission while introducing homeowners to professional HVAC services and consultions.

As an In-Store Sales Representive and Lead Generor, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS heing and air conditioning services. This role supports lead-generion, brand-awareness, and customer educion while scheduling in-home consultions or HVAC services.

· Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements

· Function as a Lead-Generor and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultion and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors

· Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser

Wh You Need

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers

• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to stand and walk during shifts

• Weekend and some holiday availability

• Reliable transportion

• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand

• Ability to tend weekly in-office meetings

• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
