We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter for various construction and residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial and residential, interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and staining. This role requires the ability to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Duties
Ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
Coordinate project schedules and manage resources to meet deadlines.
Perform hands-on work in areas including commercial painting, residential painting, drywall repair, power washing, and staining.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with project manager to understand project requirements and address any concerns.
Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Experience
4 years of proven, professional experience in commercial painting, residential painting, drywall repair, and staining.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
