Late 1960s Ritz Craft trailer. Gutted and remade into a very cozy home office!
Exterior of Camper measures just under 12' x 8'.
During 'lockdown' / initial pandemic times, we didn't have enough space. My wife didn't want her office in the living room, and with an 11-year-old now needing to take 5th grade remotely, we needed to adapt!
We bought the camper as shown in the last pic. Painted, laid LifeProof vinyl flooring, installed the room divider, decorative hanging lights, and built the desk and platform couch / bed. Black & Decker unit to keep the temps moderated. Office was occupied year-round for almost 2 full years. Still used occasionally when we're both remote.
All windows open / close as they should. No Leaks. Walls and floor are solid. No leaks.

We ran physical power and network out to the unit, but there are countless options (Solar, Wi-Fi / Wireless bridging, etc.)
