Summary
We are now hiring a full-time Boom Crane Operator. The CDL (Class A) A Crane / Boom Driver Operator is responsible for operating a truck that transports water sewer materials, pipe, construction materials, tools and concrete manholes.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service.
Load, secure and unload cargo
Maintain radio contact with dispatch to receive delivery or pick up instructions or to receive notice of changes in scheduled delivery or pick up.
Responsible for light vehicle maintenance, daily inspection, and presentation
Must display proven ability to operate Knuckle-Boom Truck
Ability to operate other trucks on as needed basis, ex. Dump Truck.
Qualifications:
Ability to drive safely.
Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps etc.
Ability to plan delivery routes.
Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
Able to always remain professional and courteous.
Requirements:
Boom Truck Experience
Crane Truck experience
Class A CDL License
Physical Requirements:
Lift/Carry up to 55 pounds frequently.
