Important Note - you will NOT work directly for JB Hunt. Therefore you will not have JB strict rules. Small and Family orientated company! We take care of our drivers and you are not just a truck number for us!
Pay 65 cents per mile - all miles paid. Our best drivers do 2200$-2500$ weekly!
Biggest advantage - Flexible ELDs!
I will be extremely honest here - trucking market is bad and it will get even worst, before it gets better. In order for most companies to survive this - we have to be able not to chase directions every week.
Therefor and to maximize profit - we need people, who able to stay at least 2-3 weeks on the road. This is not a home daily/weekly position. If you are able to do that - you will be happy with the results - NO SITTING/WAITING at truck stops waiting on loads. Everything is pre-booked for you 2-3 days in advance.
Ability to do good pre-trip inspection on different dry vans, since there is a lot of drop and hook
2 Years of Driving experience, relatively clean MVR and clearinghouse are required.
