We are seeking a relief maintenance person to handle evening emergency calls as needed and every other weekend coverage, along with light cleaning of common areas in a senior apartment building.
Details:
Average 10-12 hours per week
Evening on calls for emergencies
Every other weekend coverage
Cleaning of common areas
Snow removal of sidewalks
Basic knowledge of general maintenance is helpful
Compensation is a two-bedroom apartment, all utilities are included, located in a senior building.
