Engine has a electric throttle and choke set in up. Engine has a charging coil and puts out voltage. 110 electric start. 3/4 o.d. keyed crankshaft. Comes as seen. No throttle or chime control. Engine starts and runs good.

You can switch to a dirt bike style carburetor kit off eBay if you want to use this for a go kart , mini bike , etc.
