What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Deliver the complete Industrial Strip guest experience every shift.
Have a dynamic personality and genuine passion for hospitality.
Have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
Possess a strong understanding of restaurant and bar service.
Be service-minded, friendly, and fully engaged with guests.
Be able to stand and work on their feet for up to 8 hours.
Communicate effectively in English.
Stay attentive to both guest and team member needs.
Have, or be able to obtain, an Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission Employee Permit.
