đ ď¸ About the Role:
Weâre looking for reliable, hard-working help to finish out our floor coating seasonâwith just a few weeks of work left before winter. This is a short term position but a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a top-tier local company. The right person could be invited back in the spring for a permanent role and potentially to lead their own floor crew.
Youâll be helping install high-performance concrete floor coatings in garages, warehouses, and other residential/commercial spaces. Weâll train you on everythingâyou just need to bring a strong work ethic and be ready to hustle.
We also sell and install siding, windows, doors, gutter protection, & Sunsetter Awnings / Screens.

đŞ Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
- Ability to work in both hot and cold environments as jobs are often in garages or outdoor spaces
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
- No experience requiredâwe will train
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation preferred

This role is temporary through the end of our season (3 - 6 weeks), but weâre always on the lookout for great people to bring back next year. Show us youâre a team player, and thereâs a strong chance youâll be invited back in the spring for a more permanent opportunity.
