We’re looking for a professional, Security/ Dance Room Monitor to join our team. No PERC-Certificate or previous security experience required. This role is all about balancing a friendly, welcoming presence with strong safety enforcement for staff, entertainers and customers.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong Attention-to-detail skills as you will record all dance activity
• Courteous and approachable, with strong communication skills
• Able to monitor dances and calmly and professionally handle any situations that you see
• Comfortable enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment
• • Willing to work 2–5 shifts per week, including holidays and occasional Sundays
