Looking for Robert Farmer of The Webb House (Gary, Merrillville)

I am looking for Robert Farmer,75yo, of Gary, IN. He is / was associated with an organization called "The Webb House". Mr. Farmer / The Webb House owe my company (and others) a substantial amount of money. I do have his active working cell phone number but he refuses to answer the phone or tell me where he is located so I can serve him legal paperwork. He has created a big mess for himself. I am hoping someone here has the means of locating him. I've gone down all the roads of looking up all his legal addresses (all garbage), The Webb House legal info (also all garbage), and other somewhat known whereabouts, all with no verifiable luck. I've heard he is now in Florida but I'm not sure.
If anyone has any verifiable info on the whereabouts of Robert Farmer, please respond asap. I don't have much but I will gladly provide a finders fee if I can physically locate him.
