Used it for my 6.0 LS engine.
It bolts to driver rear or passanger front of the engine to hold the exhaust manifold to the engine when the bolts are broken.
I had it in the drive back thus why I had a shorter bolts. But mine the gaskets were blown so many years before i tried this trick.
Pretty easy to install.
