Completly Furnished room for rent in a shared home with 2 other people & 2 pets. One Senior man lives here & me a middle aged women. Includes utilities, pool, 2 decks, a patio, hot tub & fire pit to use. This is good for Senior low income people that don't own much or divorced people. Absolutely no pets allowed & no Company ever allowed, the room is only for one person only! Absolutely no furniture is allowed to be brought in ! There is a small refrigerator in the room for your own food. I have 3 bathrooms in the house, but the bathroom for this room is shared with one other person. You buy your own food & amenities like toilet paper & laundry detergent. No hard alcohol & no Drugs allowed! No lease, but preferred a minimum 6 month agreement. Even though there are 2 people that live in the house we barely see each other & I try to keep the house pretty clean, but everybody does clean up after themselves. Yes, we do have barking dogs & smoker's that live in the house so if that bother's you this place isn't for you! Rent is $650 a month plus a one time NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $200 so it would be $850 to move in. Room is Available now! I will do a background check, but no Application fee. NO CRIMMINAL'S ALLOWED! As long as you pay your rent & follow the rules I don't care about bad or no credit or evictions or DUI's or traffic violations! Internet or cable ARE NOT INCLUDED.
