What You’ll Be Doing
• Overseeing daily maintenance operations
• Managing and prioritizing service requests
• Leading unit turns and ensuring deadlines are hit
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Supporting and guiding other maintenance staff when needed
• Communicating with property management on timelines and needs
What We’re Looking For
• Strong multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous lead or senior-level experience preferred
• Ability to take ownership of a property’s maintenance operation
• Basic tools
• Reliable transportation
• Someone who shows up, leads, and handles business without being chased
