We are looking for an individual to fill the position of accounting assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
-Process accounts receivable, and record customer A/R payments.
-Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or relevant experience.
-Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
