These appliances are new-in-box older models. Buyer will be allowed to inspect the top of each oven-top before buying.
1) One down draft stove top [see pictures 1-17] priced over 96% off the price you'd find at big box home improvement stores: Over 10 years ago, these typically had cost $975 plus tax = $1072. After price inflation over time of about 30%, and on top of that, 10% tax, one stove top in today's new retail prices is about $1394. Our price: $50
2) One removable module (also called a cartridge) today typically costs $220 plus tax=$242 [see pictures 18-24]. Other modules (ex. coil burners, grill, OR griddle) are available through sites such as Ebay.
3) If bought from a store, both the stove and module together would have been be priced at about $1,636 = [1394+220]. seller's price: $70
This and other stoves listed for sale are new-in-box. All come with installation instructions, use and cleaning instructions, and warranty card. Each has a built-in fan under the burners that draws smoke and fumes from downward, BUT THIS FEATURES IS NOT NECESSARY. AN OVERHEAD RANGE HOOD WITH FAN CAN BE USED.
Down draft stoves save space above the oven and/or are typically used in a kitchen island where a hood would be impractical due to high ceilings or one is not able to retro-fit with a range exhaust hood.
Venting fumes / smoke is important during the cooking, especially burning of oil / food; and for getting rid of smells like fish and onions while cooking. A down-draft cooktop is typically installed in a new house in the kitchen where ventilation shafts in an island or under a counter are are already installed. BUT THIS FEATURES IS NOT NECESSARY. AN OVERHEAD RANGE HOOD WITH FAN CAN BE USED. In cases of retro-fitting a kitchen with a downward ventilation shaft, an HVAC or mechanical person can answer this question.
Included with this stove on the top left it has a grill module with 2 grates. The grates or the whole module is removable for cleaning.
To restate, this stove top comes with a module (a grill) already plugged in, and has a space on the right where 1 module can be plugged in.

There are no unwanted dents, cracks unwanted holes, marks (paint, marker, scuffs), missing pieces; fire or flood damage.
Even though this is old brand new stock, the manufacturer will likely honor the warranty. All warranty info is included in each retail box. In any case the buyer can inspect each item. If significant flaws are found, we will offer a discount.
These range-top s are designed to accept various modules with different cooking surfaces such as (griddle, coil burner, grill....) [see pics 18-24 for an example of a removable module]. [see pics 5, 6] for modules (which we have in stock-described below). The most common module (the 2- burner coil top), [pics 18-24] is being sold WITH or SEPARATELY from this range top.
