I bought it at an estate sale, it came with a receipt from Richard Armstrong Reed Fine Art. I contacted them and they steered me to a British Museum post (Https://www.britishmuseum.org/collection/object/P_1868-0808-10329). It does appear to have chain line on it. It also does not appear to be printed via dot matrix. Does appear hand colored. Is around 22 1/2 inches long by 8 inches wide.

I know very little about art so feel free to ask me questions about it.
