I beleive (?) this is made of concrete.
It's 29" tall and about 8" wide.
I bought this about 40 years ago at an estate sale at a neighborhood Wicker Park greystone and it''s been displayed in my home since.
It was originally in extremely aged / distressed concrete condition. It actually looked like a genuine Roman ruin with crumbling aged concrete arms and fingers with rusted metal rebar showing in several areas. The patina was fantastic.
About 20 tears ago my girlfriend at the time was in a craft class and restored it to this present condition as a project.
It's very cool and very old (probably over 100 years ago) and displays fantastic.
