Hardcover is in very good condition, some wear on the corners and the binding side, but front and back are solid. Binding is very good, there are no loose pages, there are some pages that the book likes to open up to when flipping through pages. Some yellowing of the pages is present. There are no dog eared pages. There is some writing in the book, it was obviously used, I have attached some pages that have writing on them. Beautiful black print and typography. Smoke free, pet free home.
